We really are participants in a major historic event these days. I feel the collective stress for the losses and tension in our society, and my professional/social circles are particularly anxious. Legal, tax-paying adult businesses are being excluded from the US stimulus package. Legislators are pushing a bill that could end encryption and internet privacy, called the EARN-IT act, while everyone is distracted by a global pandemic (!!). It’s all rather unsettling, and we must find moments of balance, escape, or both.

SANITARY SUBMISSION
In-person sessions are how I support myself and my family. As is true for many these days, if I contract this virus, I will not be able to work for at least a month due to my feeling of responsibility to keep our community safe. Out of respect, please do not schedule for sooner than two weeks from now if you have had or been near anyone with COVID symptoms in the past fourteen days. This includes travel to locations requiring fourteen-day quarantine upon return.
Everyone will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival to the space. Masks and gloves are available for those who wish we wear them. I am getting tested regularly and will notify prospective and recent clients of a positive result.
As always, the Poughkeepsie Pain Parlor is kept in pristine condition with several methods of sterilization. Such practices are being increased to keep both my clients and I safe, including extra wipe-downs of all high-touch areas and sterilization of cash in my UVee box along with all toys. I also have a 7’ bullwhip, if your socially-distancing ass really needs an outdoor beating ;)
